Choosing to do a second shoot with Shalista was a no brainer for me. I loved all the images I got during my first shoot, the only problem I had with looking at those pictures now was that I was wearing my wedding ring and the images were an anniversary gift. I wanted to do a second shoot after getting a divorce, one that was for me. I looked at pictures on Shalista’s website and Facebook group to get outfit ideas, and the ladies at Bella Vous were super helpful too! I was excited for my shoot, definitely calmer getting my hair and makeup done this time compared to the last time. Narrowing down my images was difficult, I loved all of them and the book turned out gorgeous! I would highly recommend doing a shoot with Shalista, the investment is worth it! I can’t wait to do another shoot again!

What made you decide to hire me as your photographer?: When I looked into boudoir shoots a few years ago, I liked the images I saw on Shalista’s website. Choosing to do a second shoot with her was a no brainer, Shalista is amazing to work with!
What made you decide to do a boudoir session? Describe how to came to that decision!: This was my second boudoir shoot with Shalista, so I knew what to expect. I loved all the images I got during my first shoot so much that I knew I wanted to do a second shoot after a big life change!
How were you feeling before your shoot? Any thoughts going through your head?: I was really excited about my shoot. Since it was my second shoot, I knew what to expect!
Afterwards how did you feel?: Sore as much as Shalista tells you that it’ll be a workout doing the poses, you don’t realize just how much! But it’s totally worth it because the images turn out fantastic!
What would you tell your friends about your experience?: Absolutely!
